These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grim Executor website, downloadable client (the "Software"), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@grimexecutor.xyz if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of abuse, credential sharing, or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for the duration covered by your purchased plan. A license is bound to a single hardware identifier (HWID) at the time of first use and cannot be transferred between devices without our express approval.
The license does not include the right to:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or share the Software or your license key;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by mandatory local law;
- Use the Software in ways prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Fees, Payment, and Refunds
All purchases are processed through our payment provider SellAuth, which accepts cryptocurrency and PayPal at checkout. Prices are displayed on the pricing page in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.
Refund policy. Because the Software is a digital good delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final. Exceptions are made only where required by law, or in the case of a verified delivery failure (e.g., the license key was never delivered to you). To request a refund covered by these exceptions, contact support@grimexecutor.xyz within [TODO: 7] days of purchase with your order details.
5. Updates and Availability
We may update the Software at any time, including to add features, fix bugs, or improve security. Some updates may require you to download a new client. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; planned maintenance, outages by hosting providers, or other circumstances may temporarily disrupt access.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access and revoke active licenses without refund if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that creates legal exposure for us or other users.
7. Intellectual Property
The Software, website, documentation, and all related content are owned by Grim Executor and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Grim Executor is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or the operators of any third-party server.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNDETECTED BY ANY THIRD-PARTY ANTI-CHEAT, SERVER MOD, OR GAME OPERATOR, OR THAT YOUR USE OF IT WILL NOT RESULT IN ACCOUNT ACTIONS BY THIRD PARTIES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRIM EXECUTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR ACCOUNTS WITH THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grim Executor and its operators from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
