Acceptable Use Policy

What you can — and cannot — do with the Software.

Last updated: May 21, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Grim Executor Software or website. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate license revocation without refund and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

Where you may use the Software

You may use Grim Executor on:

  • Private servers you operate yourself, and
  • Third-party servers where the server owner has explicitly permitted you to use modifications of this kind.

If a server's rules prohibit external clients, modifications, or automation, you must not use the Software on that server. Grim Executor is not responsible for actions taken against your account by third-party servers or game publishers as a result of your use of the Software.

Strictly prohibited

  • Redistribution. Sharing, reselling, leaking, or otherwise making the Software or your license key available to anyone else, whether for free or for profit.
  • Tampering. Reverse engineering, decompiling, repackaging, or modifying the Software beyond what local law mandates as a non-waivable right.
  • Abuse of multiple accounts. Creating more than one account to circumvent license limits, HWID binding, or bans.
  • Harm to others. Using the Software to harass, dox, threaten, or defame any person, to steal credentials, to commit fraud, or to attack the infrastructure of any server.
  • Illegal use. Using the Software in any way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
  • Attacking us. Probing, scanning, or attempting to interfere with the authentication server, the website, or the delivery infrastructure. Automated traffic from honeypot endpoints is treated as evidence of reconnaissance and results in an immediate ban.

Hardware binding

Each license is locked to a single hardware identifier on first activation. If you legitimately change hardware (replacement PC, motherboard swap), contact support@grimexecutor.xyz to request a one-time rebind. We grant rebinds at our discretion; repeated requests in a short window will be denied as suspicious.

Reporting violations

If you see leaks of Grim Executor keys or builds, or evidence of someone abusing the Software in a way that harms others, please report it to support@grimexecutor.xyz. We treat reports confidentially.

Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke licenses, block IP addresses, and/or pursue legal remedies for violations of this AUP. No refunds are issued for licenses terminated under this policy.
